Ancestral Acupuncture teamed up with designers Fritz Springmeyer and Richard Seibert to create this custom meridian clock. We recently upgraded to a 10" wall clock with a silent sweeping hand. The clock ships from Japan, so this increases the cost and shipping time.

The meridian clock allows us to participate in the 24-hour cycle of our physiology. We can see which meridian system is active and dominant during a given time, and consciously align with these cycles to experience coherence with nature.

For example, we can track the times of day when we feel best and worst, and support the correlated systems. The meridian clock can guide us toward our own natural appetites.

For medical practitioners, the meridian clock provides greater context for inspired treatment, diagnosis, and embodiment.
