Ancestral Acupuncture teamed up with designers Fritz Springmeyer and Richard Seibert to create this custom meridian clock. We recently upgraded to a 10" wall clock with a silent sweeping hand. The clock ships from Japan, so this increases the cost and shipping time.

The meridian clock allows us to participate in the 24-hour cycle of our physiology. We can see which meridian system is active and dominant during a given time, and consciously use these cycles to improve our health.

For example, we can track the times of day when our health issues flare up, and when we're feeling best. This will help us help ourselves. The meridian clock enables us to make good decisions about when to eat, exercise, and sleep, or when to administer at-home acupressure and herbal medicine to bring the most benefit for our health concerns.

For medical practitioners, the meridian clock provides greater context for more accurate treatment and diagnosis, and a way to consciously embody our cyclical physiology.
